David Adkins (Co-Founder, CEO and President)
With 25 years of timeshare development, sales and marketing experience, David has presided over more than $500,000,000 of vacation ownership sales. A frequent convention speaker, David is past chairman of the American Development Resort Association Sales and Marketing Committee and has also participated in the industry’s ethics committee. David is also a four time nominee and ARDY winner for various sales and marketing awards. David has a degree in Company and Mercantile Law and has held executive positions in both private and public corporations.
Mary Ann Johnston (Vice President Operations)
Mary Ann enjoys eleven years of diversified experience within the vacation ownership industry. Starting her career in the marketing division of Gold Key Resorts, Virginia Beach, Mary Ann has extensive experience in call center management, concierge programs and welcome center disciplines. Having migrated to Gold Key's hospitality management company, Professional Hospitality Resources, she has gained experience in many areas of hospitality management from the creation and implementation of "Balanced Scorecard" customer satisfaction indices to the design of progressive discipline systems, as well as development support. Over the past six years, Mary Ann has applied her "grass roots" entry into the industry to complex executive disciplines, including, but not limited to, the creation and implementation of accounting and results management systems, payroll and commissions, human resource, enculturation, marketing support and business/strategic planning initiatives.
Allan Schweinberg (Vice President Marketing)
Allan has over 25 years of experience in recreational sales and marketing management. Allan successfully led the marketing efforts for a Fortune 200 home building company’s east coast second home division. Responsible for over $300 million in real estate sales annually, his division was widely recognized as the standard to follow and was often called upon to consult with divisions throughout the country. Allan’s experience in lifestyle marketing ranges from world-renowned master planned ski properties to boutique coastal communities. His geographic reach is just as varied and includes the White Mountains of New Hampshire, the Blue Ridge Mountains of western North Carolina, and the pristine sands of Florida beaches. Critical to Allan’s success has been his ability to develop compelling consumer messages, fresh and creative collateral and strong marketing alliances.
